Greetings evertone:
I would like to ask if there are any friends who apply for a Japanese university with eneb degree. Currently, I have completed all the courses and am waiting for the certificate. Although I really want to go to Europe and America, I don't have enough money.

In the wiki (https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/ENEB), it is said that "Japanese Government MEXT Scholarship program have confirmed that they will accept the degree to fulfill baseline requirements for doctoral and research scholarships" but it seems it needs more evidence (CITATION NEEDED), so I’m curious about it, too.

That's the thing, I would be careful/cautious and make sure it's confirmed or verify that in fact will work before treading that route. Each country has their own regulations and schools tend to follow them, some strictly enforce, some may have more open admissions... for Japan's MEXT program, there are two routes, either an Embassy or University recommendation inviting you to be an undergraduate or graduate student.
