What is the best order to do these in?

You should keep your Java courses together

Before you start any courses, I suggest doing a bunch of placement tests which completes quizzes for knowledge you already have. This will save a lot of time.  (some placement tests will work to knock out quizzes for multiple courses) Spend like 2-4hrs doing this first.
