Excelsior does, theoretically, allow 113 credits in transfer. In practice, however, they've been adding more rules that limit transferability. UMPI has no application or graduation fees. No textbooks. Everything is included in the price. Most students here are able to finish their required 10 classes in 2 sessions (8 weeks) for a total cost of $2800. You might have to take more classes than you would for TESU or Excelsior, but they are literally the cheapest and fastest way to get many degrees. If you are able to finish in those 8 weeks, it will be cheaper than WGU.
