If you don't have time to accelerate, then UMPI won't be the way to go. I think you're down to TESU as your best choice. If you feel you could pay the TESU tuition over a short time period (6-12 mo), especially if the degree will have immediate benefits at work, I'd say go ahead and borrow the money (and obviously start saving now).
Student loans are primarily evil when the students in question have no solid plan for paying them back and borrow way more than their anticipated earnings can justify. However, someone who is gainfully employed borrowing $5K or so and paying it off quickly is a much different proposition.
