Yeah, the billing period is what I'm referring to. I should have been more clear. That said, this requirement is just predatory in my opinion. They are trying to extract more subscription fees out of students. If there was an issue with ACE credits then I wouldn't have been able to do 16 classes on Sophia.org in 1 billing period/month. Once I get this last exam done I will never use Study.com again solely based off this interaction with them.
