if I was you, I would have gone with ECE A&P first, its computer based so you get the score right away and its way cheaper than TECEP, if its too late to change then you might give it a shot if you fail the TECEP, otherwise A&P is a broad range exam so you have to study pretty much every thing you can find about it, standard deviants has some cool dvds also free webcast like UC Berkeley here's a link good luck !
