Help with UMPI Plan

I'm starting my BA in CJ at UMPI in a month and have to complete:

Eng 101 - I can do this on sophia as eng comp 1 - do this at UMPI, it's shorter/easier
Eng 121 - I can do this on sophia as eng comp 2 - do this at UMPI, it's shorter/easier
Eng 211 Creative Writing - I don't know if I can replace this instead of UMPI? - do this at UMPI, it's shorter/easier

BIO 105=Biology for Every Day Life - Just saw I can do the SDC version - do this at Sophia, it's cheaper
Geo 101= Human Geography or SOC 100=Intro to Sociology I can do sociology on sophia - do this at Sophia
Fre 101=Elementary French I or SPA 101 Spanish I can do spanish on sophia - do this at Sophia

POS 101 American Gov I can do this on sophia soon i read, or is instacert a workable better option? - InstantCert is no longer an option, get it through Sophia if it's available when you're ready, or else at UMPI

Are these the best pathways to follow to complete these 7 classes?  Any input would be appreciated.
