I didn't have issues with her responding. I've seen people say she was responsive just a week or so ago.

Agreed, she is responsive, and relatively quick to reply, but unfortunately, she's inconsistent. As an example, some students have waited weeks for their milestones to be affirmed. This is now a very big deal with the recently introduced final lock-out policy.

If the on campus students are on Spring Break, that could lead to professors being slower to respond. Seemed like whenever on campus was off then responses slowed down.

This is an interesting point to consider, although it looks like Spring Break is between sessions, so it shouldn't really come into play.

Spring Break hasn't been between sessions. I just looked at both calendars and Spring Break was back in March. YourPace classes was still in session and Spring Session 2 began on the first day of on campus Spring Break. 

It seems like the Milestone affirmations is still a work in progress with many professors.
