If it weren't for this forum, I would never have heard of UMBH, IWU, or UMPI. None of them have much in the way of "prestige" in the same way that Yale or Harvard would. However, none of them are infamous either. If you're not going to a famous school or to an infamous school, almost nobody cares where your degree is from. Get the degree that best fits your goals, rather than choosing a school that's ranked (for instance) 398 instead of 399.
