TESU is going to be your best option, because WGU is almost all testing, which you don't want to do. You will be able to do the remaining credits from Sophia and Study.com.

Here's what you need for TESU's BACS (I'll go with Sophia first, then SDC):

English Comp 2
Quant Lit (any math that's college-level) - College Algebra or Stats
Diversity - Sociology
Ethics - Intro to Ethics
Civic Engagement - American Govt
SocSci - Psychology
History - US History I or II
Humanities - multiple options including History
SocSci/History/Humanities - any 2 courses in these areas
Scientific Knowledge - any 2 sciences
also choose a course that will make up for the .33cr that you are short in the GE area from English Comp I (The Essentials of Managing Conflict is a fast option)
17cr of Free Electives

SDC
Oral Comm - Presentation Skills in the Workplace
Discrete Math
Operating Systems (CS105)
Computer Architecture (UL)
Management Info Sys (UL)
Systems Analysis & Design (UL)
Database Management (UL)
Software Engineering (LL, but a good way to study for the Saylor UL exam)
