Hello all -

Im 37 yo and I would like to get my bachelors degree bc I want to pursue a career in Law/Human Rights. I have about 30 college credits. I live in CA. I was at first considering doing the California Law Office Study Program or joining Northwestern California University School of Law (NWCU) because they accept students straight into their law school with an associates or CLEP exams.

My question is: Is it more suitable and more desireable by other schools if I:
a) finish my bachelors degree online through a university that accepts clep.
a.1.) what university is honorable and desireable by accrediated universities like IVY leagues for my masters that will accept my bachelors from   said online university.

b) do I do the california law office study program of NWCU program and if I want to get a masters later or do a program at an honorable school will they accept this? Because most of those programs say a 4 year bachelors degree is necessary. Would this still count?

Im so confused which direction to take. ANY advice and input helps please!!!

Wow, I'm getting old! You're 11 years my junior! Anyways... Welcome to the board, great initial post but you've placed it in the wrong sub forum as it's not related to the CLEP exams themselves. This is more for the degree planning advice sub forum, as you're looking for advice/input to get to that goal. Furthermore, it's best for you to provide more details on your scenario, take some time reading posts, threads, WIKI, please fill in the addendum and template here: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...Area-works

No worries, update this thread with the details on the addendum and template, we'll be able to assist you further... Your best bet is to finish a Bachelors on route to getting your Law degree, this is used to fall back on just in case Law isn't going to be your forte. You can take classes from LawShelf towards TESU's BALS, 30 credits worth are electives...
