Yeah, $400 is quite expensive for an Eastern European salary. That's, what, most of a month's salary in some countries? But I think the TOEFL and IELTS are right around the same price, especially if you have to travel any substantial distance to get there. Hopefully, it works for you. Good luck with your studies!
