Essentially, since you're military, for residency purposes, you should take 6 TECEPs for 18 credits, then take the Cornerstone/Capstone for the final 6 credits to get 24 total, everything else should be transferred in. If you have the extra energy, money, time to complete other courses, you can as long as it's part of the degree requirements. If you're going for the BALS-CS or NSM, you can take the courses required for the AS CS/Math to hit the LL requirements!
