Geezer is right. If I remember well, it was 10 years for IT credits, 20 for business and that restriction only applies to "the professional component of Excelsior's business, nursing, and technology degree programs. More information is available in the description of each degree program or from an Excelsior College advisor", page 26, Student Policy Handbook:
