Project Based Elective Classes Advice

BUS 400 and 401 are great. You have to take Intro to Project Management as a prerequisite, but it is very easy at Sophia, and I suspect at UMPI as well. You could definitely complete 400 AND 401 in a weekend with A's, so it might be worth having to add in the intro course. BUS 469 was also very straightforward.
