1) I see only 3 UL that is in bold, that's 9 credits in the AOS, if you add the Study.com PM and the Capstone, you have 15.  You're missing a course/3 credit for the credit to reach 18 as per the link above, (unless there was a change and now they count the PM/Capstone as the 12 you need).

2) Flat rate tuition for the 15 credits depends on your in-state or out of state tuition:

Out-of-state residents $4,299

3) You want to take provider by provider and slowly/surely complete Sophia.org, Study.com, then the TESU ones last.  You may want to take 4 courses and an e-pack for the max financial aid if you need max the Pell Grant option.
