"For the September 2023 Term, through a grant from the NJ Office of the Secretary of Higher Education, we are pleased to offer scholarships for up to 5 TECEP exams per student, for ALL currently enrolled TESU students.

• To use the scholarship funds, simply register for up to 5 TECEP exams through Self Registration and you will receive no charge.
  
• Please be sure to check with the TESU Advising Team to ensure that selected TECEP exams will fit your degree program before registering."
  

As an OOS student with no OL or GS course enrolled this Sep term, I registered for a TECEP as an experiment and so far my Total Account Balance is still $0.00! Looks like as long as you are a current student, you get the 5 FREE TECEPS whether you are NJ resident or not.
