Hello Allvia,
Currently in my Junior year midway with Regis, have about 72 or so may be more. Plus the classes I took at sophia.com, study.com and Straighterline. I know should be able to transfer max I could for business degree and almost somewhat max for the cyber security degree. I'm currently in Georgia, the military is paying for the bachelor/master in computer science; that's why for sure in maybe two years I should be done with both. But looking to be proactive and get a degree now; kept going back and forth with both options and just couldn't see for me what best choice for now and future. I would like to do management and/or work federal as an analyst or management some type. My age being 34 is a factor as well. Again thank you for all your help.
Since you'd be paying for this business degree out of pocket (I assume) then the quickest and lowest cost option would likely be the UMPI BABA-Leadership and Management. You'd have to list out what you have for credits, but you will likely be able to finish up missing Gen Eds from Sophia (ideally you'd want to do the least amount of courses at UMPI). Normally with active military TESU BSBA would be a good option, but for speed/ease/cost I suspect UMPI in your case would be a better fit. If you do have any empty electives in your CS bachelor left, you might be able to transfer back into that with the UMPI credits (helping move that along as well).
Make sure that having a bachelor completed won't interfere with your plans to have the military assistance keep paying for your bachelor/master in CS. If it does stick with the path you're on, even though it may be the slower one to take.
