AIU is a Regionally Accredited institution, so those credits should transfer just fine. How old are they? I believe TESU has a limit of ~8 years for the Comp Sci Area of Study and at least half of your AoS classes need to be newer than that. Which would mean that you might be able to use SOME of them for Comp Sci, others would go into electives.
Does 400-level signify upper-level credits there or are those LL credits?
You cannot easily get a TESU degree in Criminal Justice. You can easily get a degree in Computer Science and/or BSBA Computer Information Systems, even if half your AIU credits won't count.
A Criminal Justice degree at UMPI is possible, but there is an internship-type requirement. Your current work in a prison should count, but I'm not sure. You'd have to discuss that with UMPI staff. Fortunately, a BABA from UMPI is fairly straightforward.
Would you prefer writing or exams? UMPI is supposed to be entirely papers & projects from now on. TESU has some writing, but the required transfer courses will also need exams.
Did you get an Associate's degree from any of your schools? If not, a free Pierpont degree could be an interesting way to use your existing credits while working on your Bachelor's degree. For instance, you could get a Pierpont BOG AAS with an Area of Emphasis in Information Systems while you work on a UMPI CJ or Business degree. Or an AoE in Business while you work on a TESU Comp Sci degree.
