That's correct, it seems they have removed that option and the $99 exam for the time being. There are so many changes in play right now with ENEB, I even asked to put my Ambassador code on hold until they 'fix' their issues and 'bad' articulations with MCA, etc. I don't think you should go with them until they fix their current situation.
The exams and the MCA agreement are options. As long as people stick with the traditional route and ignore the MCA option, their degree is still solid. This may be some people's only affordable chance to get a master's degree, so don't be so flippant about warning them off. You might be able to afford to go a different route, but not everybody can. Telling someone not to go with ENEB because you wouldn't isn't right. Give them the pros and cons and let them make their own decision without influencing them.
