It comes out cheaper to do the flat rate 15cr term than to pay tuition for the cornerstone and capstone and pay the residency waiver fee. Anything you have to pay to get those credits another way increases the bill some more.
However, if you don't have time to do the flat rate term, then the price difference doesn't really matter, does it?
