This is probably the safest route, but in my experience Zaborney teaches political science and cross-listed classes while Sebold teaches the history history classes. In addition to Zaborney's, I'd recommend U.S. Environmental History, which was taught by Sebold when I took it, but which is, if memory serves, her shortest class, or at least the shortest of her classes that I took.
