You can't pick instructors, but each class should only have one instructor. I.E., you ought to be able to ask which classes Zaborney is teaching and then take those.

This is probably the safest route, but in my experience Zaborney teaches political science and cross-listed classes while Sebold teaches the history history classes. In addition to Zaborney's, I'd recommend U.S. Environmental History, which was taught by Sebold when I took it, but which is, if memory serves, her shortest class, or at least the shortest of her classes that I took.
