Confused Boomer, Help Needed Please

TESU just completed my transfer credit evaluation. They applied 82 credits towards the BACS degree so I need 38 more. I used LevelUP's BACS/BSBA CIS Wiki plan to plan out the remaining credits but need a bit more help. This is the remaining courses I need for the BACS degree:

B. Computer Sci Electives (TESU's selfservice My Progress page says: "Complete all of the following items.  1 of 2 Completed.  Complete 11 credits. Choose from the department of Computer Science Elective. Choose from the levels of 300, 400.  0 of 11 Credits Completed. Complete 11sh from overage.") I'm confused about needing 11 sh instead of 18.

Okay I think I figured out why I need 11 credits for the Comp Sci electives vs 18. Some of my college/military transfer credits were less than 3 sh equivalent. They gave me partial credit for Oral Comm, Eth Ldrshp, etc. Damn that took me a long time to figure out lol. 

Anyone have ideas about what I could take for more Comp Sci electives? 
I'll take the flat rate term for $4,299 and do the 15 TESU credits. I was thinking about using some of my post 9/11 GI Bill but they will charge me the per credit hour rate of $545 which would come out to $8,175! I'll save the GI Bill for the CU Boulder's MSCS.
