Lets say I was to apply for it and then I only take the TECEP. Would it show in the transcript that i am enrolled for that course even im just taking the TECEP one credit course?
I don't think the degree you've declared will show on a transcript. However, they should see lots of courses that would apply to that degree, and you can always explain that you're working on courses at SDC, Statistics.com, etc...
