Wow, that's 79 credits... at this point, you can take 11 credits more for max transfer of your credits! I would check all the general education and electives to make sure everything has transferred over, you can take remaining outstanding classes using Sohpia.org as your best option for up to 11 credits, apply and complete the remaining classes at UMPI. When you have an evaluation from UMPI, you'll know what remaining classes you have to take from them for whichever degree you decide on, such as the BLS with Management and a second minor in MIS or whatever...
