No conflict of interest (I don't recall reading that though), if I recall correctly, Sophia.org doesn't have any monetary gains for their ambassadors and Study.com you get a referral credit. I am an Ambassador for ENEB as well, I even mentioned that on BOTH of my applications to Sophia.org and Study.com...
