We appreciate your message and understand your concern. We want to clarify that, at the time of your enrollment, the paid price covered the digital format diplomas issued by ENEB, as well as the internal processing fees for handling with the University Isabel I. However, we wish to explain transparently, as stated in our legal notice, that the issuance and delivery of diplomas involve significant management by both institutions and, as is common in all schools, are subject to administrative fees.

Issuance and delivery are the keywords that stand out to me, my understanding of this is that it means physical diplomas. I guess I'll find out next year. I just signed up via their Black Friday offer for 99 Euros.
