Is this the "oral proficiency interview?" My ESO (Education Service Officer) tried to get met to take the Defense Language Proficiency, which is a similar exam, but PSU didn't offer it for credit. How do I take this?

I'm in a remote location with only CLEP (no Prometric/dsst/sylvan) at the testing center at the local CC, so I need virtual proctoring if there's no time to mail paper tests there.
