LSU Independent and Distance Learning
LSU's course is on hold, but you can register if you can get the textbook. I'll guess you shouldn't have a problem finding it for sale online. The course is $90, but it requires two proctored exams.
University of Alaska at Fairbanks has a course, as well. Here's UAF's course:

This course costs $162 ($134 plus $28 in fees), but no proctored exams.
