Degree Planning Suggestions - Lets Try Again

I posted a year ago and I finally have more clarity as to what I want to focus on. My ultimate goal is the Masters of Science Anesthesia with NSU. I am currently leaning towards BA through TESU. I have been able to find a degree plan on wiki for the BA in Biology but not an active degree plan link for a BA in Natural Sciences and Mathematics. I feel there are two ways of approaching my application. One finish my bachelors as fast and cheap as possible then focus on my premed courses required for my application. Or two dovetail the required premed courses into my bachelors. The program requires a bachelors and the following below. I could technically get a bachelors in any major as long as I take the classes below. I was leaning towards the sciences as I like and feel confident in that area of study. But should there be something I am missing that is fast and affordable with regards to finishing the degree I am open to suggestions.
Effective January 2024, all incoming students for winter 2025 and summer 2025, must take a general Anatomy and Physiology I and II course with labs.  The 8 semester hours of Biology I and II with lab nor an advanced course in Microbiology or Cellular and Molecular biology will no longer meet the General Biology requirement.

Budget: No more then 6 grand if possible. Willing to be flexible to get the degree I need. I am looking at a particular program Master of Science Anesthesia with NSU Florida as my final goal.
Commitments: Currently working full time. I work 4 10s with 3 days off.
Time to Study: 3 days a week
Timeline: My goal is to complete a Bachelors and premed courses in the next 2 years.
Tuition Assistance: My BA will come out of pocket.
