ENEB won't let me graduate and refusing to answer all emails and calls

I received an email the other day where the Diplomas department told me I'll receive me diplomas in February as I submitted/confirmed the data in December. Let's see..

Be prepared for delay. I completed my Masters and then completed their "Form for the issuance of the digital diplomas" about 80 days ago. Even though they said they issue your documents within 60 calendar days, I have received nothing. However, my grades are showing within the system, so there has been progress. It does seem like they have some big backlogs in their operations at the moment.

Yep, there seems to be a huuge backlog.  I hope for the best and prepare for the worst.
That said, they even issued me the "resguardo" document where it is stated that the processing of diplomas begins and they also confirmed data has been confirmed in December and diplomas will be issued in February.

Regardless, only time will tell.
