ENEB won't let me graduate and refusing to answer all emails and calls

Be prepared for delay. I completed my Masters and then completed their "Form for the issuance of the digital diplomas" about 80 days ago. Even though they said they issue your documents within 60 calendar days, I have received nothing. However, my grades are showing within the system, so there has been progress. It does seem like they have some big backlogs in their operations at the moment.

The text you see on their campus website when you log in says:

"Digital Diploma: The receipt of digital diplomas takes 60 days (the mentioned period is approximate, and we always intend to reduce the delivery days) after the data confirmation has been done (see step 2). You will receive the digital diplomas issued by ENEB and the Academic Transcript."
