Thank you so much for the thorough reply. My number 1 priority really is the speed at which I can complete the Bachelor. I don't mind paying a few grand extra if that cuts the time needed by a few months. What's a realistic timeframe you think I can complete this in? Also, is there any guide on which classes to choose, to find the easiest and fastest ones?

Also, UMPI requires a English language proficiency test for internationals. Do you know about any online option? I only know about slow and expensive options in Europe.

Here's the UMPI WIKI links, you can review the General Education link and the one for your degree, complete those recommended classes and you should be able to get the degree in less than a year.  I suggest completing the PM&IS option to max the cheapies/freebie and Sophia.org credits.  Link: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Category:UMPI

UMPI requires either options for verification of English language fluency, you'll just have to go for either of those options.
You can always apply to UMPI and ask them of any other options other than the two provided on the website.
