Cool, yes, I suggest following the WIKI and other threads to get the 579 Metropolia deal, then complete the final year with them. My suggestion is to apply to the institutions of choice at your local area or country, if you can't get in for some reason, then you can apply to any UK/US institutions that will accept your Metropolia degree as entry into their Masters. There are plenty that are either UK Top Up Masters or US Applied Computer Science Masters, some that don't even require many prerequisites...
