It combined two degrees into one: ENEB doesn't have an MBA-HRM, they offer an MBA and a Master's in HRM separately, so that's a big question mark. The evaluation also doesn't discuss equivalency to RA or unaccredited. I wonder how the evaluation would be viewed by schools and what they would do with it in this case.
They didn't want to award two degrees (as some courses are overlaps) so gave one combined degree in both subjects to even things out. To most people it doesn't matter, but if you are using degrees for immigration to certain countries like Japan, you can actually get a longer visa (like a visa duration of 5 years instead of the usual 1 year) if you have two separate fully accredited Master's degrees.
