This could just be ENEB formalizing the results that we already know with IEE.
I forgot about the known results from IEE. That all aligns with a point I was making about this being somewhat of a joke. A graduate diploma/certificate result has value, particularly for those who know how to make it work for them, but this isn't something the average person would know and that's where the result will come as a letdown for them. Formalizing it may backfire on ENEB as people may feel they were misled by them into an evaluation that doesn't match with the degree they have in their hands.
