Great list of potential programs from nykorn! There are a couple things I noticed when looking at doing some of these myself.
Open University UK is ~$4k per year for undergrad courses part-time. They assume 6 years of study to get the equivalent of a US bachelor's. I'm not sure if graduate tuition is more. If you were planning on doing something there anyway ENEB could say you some time and money.
The degrees from Queens College of Theology, West Coast Bible College & Seminary and most (all?) degrees from American International Theism University are religious degrees, as in they are NOT academic degrees. These will have minimal, likely zero, utility for making money. Source: I've had two religious doctorates for 7 years and never came close to making a dime with them. At $1400 Queens College of Theology is expensive for a religious doctorate, but not so obscene that you couldn't do it for fun if sufficiently motivated by the subject matter.
AITU is state accredited/approved in Florida and most/all of their doctoral degrees are pseudoreligious degrees (i.e. a doctorate in "ethereal business" instead of business to get around legal issues, not unlike the doctrinal doctorates mentioned elsewhere). On the interesting side, AITU has a doctorate in Islamic banking. In a secular sense this is a different form of banking. However, Florida's law lets them get out of saying ethereal because the name of a religion is in the title, despite the distinction only being partially theological in nature. I'm not confident I could make the $8000 tuition back with it though. I don't think it would be accepted in the UAE, which would be the main place to make money in Islamic banking. Those jobs are super competitive, with thousands of applications per job. It is a dual degree program with University Malaysia of Computer Science & Engineering. It would require more research from someone that is serious about getting into Islamic banking as to whether or not that means anything outside of Malaysia. Might be good way to get your foot in the door if you want to move to Malaysia though. FWIW there is no mention of an Islamic banking doctorate on UNIMY's website. https://www.unimy.edu.my
Horizons has some interesting DBA specializations. A DBA there will take 3 years for a little over $11k. I scratched them off my list a long time ago because I didn't perceive Horizons as being a good enough school to warrant that level of investment. I'm open to someone changing my mind.
OUS Royal Academy has a new website. According to the old website all doctorate programs were offered in conjunction with TNU and degrees were only issued by TNU. May or may not be the case today and may or may not be the TNU in Ukraine. Doctorates are 20-30k euros now. https://www.academy.zuerich/tuition-fee
TNU is either about $1000 per degree, or about $1000 per class. The machine translation is not great and I know zero Ukrainian. I didn't see anything on the website that would lead me to believe the degrees are offered in English, but IF they offer doctorates in English for $1000 that would make one hell of a wombo combo with ENEB.
