UMPI YourPace BLS w/ Management Minor Reference Plan

Hi thanks for this post, I am thinking about minor in the BLS/ accounting.
I am not sure which one will be accepted in the UMPI credit. its very confusing not sure which courses will be transferred will go toward the degree.  
I recently bought the sophia for 3 months. since i am working full time. It will be great help if you can guide me so i put my energy in the correct direction.
Because i notice in your audit it was only 93 credit but i think you transferred 97.

Hey there, you're welcome! I did transfer in 97, but I think they used multiple courses to cover my BUS 260 requirement. I've emailed my academic advisor about it and they will hopefully confirm tomorrow. If they do, I'll let you know what exactly happened there.

I put the names of the courses I took as they were listed in the schools I was previously in and the parentheses next to them list the course credit they were transferred in as in UMPI.

For example: I wrote "Introduction to Statistics (MAT 101)" under "Sophia". What this meant was I took Introduction to Statistics in Sophia and UMPI accepted it as their MAT 101 course. Another example is, I wrote "Intro to Sociology (SOC 100)" under "University Transfer Credit Breakdown." This meant I took Intro to Sociology in University and UMPI accepted it as SOC 100 under their course names.

From the classes you listed:

"1.Introduction to Statistics" will be accepted by UMPI as MAT 101.
"2.Principles of Sociology" will probably be taken as SOC 100.
" 7.Macroeconomics" will be accepted, but I don't know for what course because they did not specify that for me.
"13.General Biology I -3 / General Biology I Laboratory -1" I also can not confirm whether or not they would take as BIO 103, BIO 316, or otherwise.

Quick question, OP. Is it true that the only math you needed to complete was the Into to Stats course on Sophia?

Hi @bjcheung77. I'm a bit confused. This link https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Category:UMPI appears to list all the GEC requirements, but it's not clear to me what amount of Math GEC I need. I just completed the sophia.org Intro to College Mathematics course and I seem to think this is all I need (from looking at the OP's transcript). I am strongly leaning towards the same degree as the OP and want to avoid any unnecessary math. I really don't like math!

I'd like to get a definitive answer to this so I can move on and away from math in peace. :-)

Intro to Stats & Macroeconomics are the only math courses I completed! I took them both on Sophia. I'm not even bad at math, but I didn't want to deal with the mental overload it causes me. Intro to Stats is relatively easy, but Macroeconomics is much more of a challenge. Be ready to laser-focus in that course lol
