@Jbloggs, Ouch! That seems to be someone else's account, log out and leave it alone for now. I've not heard this at Pierpont before, most likely someone had made a mistake and thought that was your account. Email Pierpont support for them to fix the issue as you don't want to have another student account compromised, they may have delayed their start or may have finished their studies, who knows...
