I completed Conflict Resolution last night.
Very easy, but a bit tedious. It had more challenges and milestones than most, and all challenge questions had a multi-paragraph story that you were supposed to read before answering the questions.
I realized later that about half of the questions could be answered without reading the story. Sometimes it might say "what form of de-escalation did Bill take" (meaning you have to read the story) and sometimes it might say "which of these is a valid form of de-escalation" (meaning you did not need to read the story). That realization sped things up a bit. It was still the most time-consuming of the Sophia classes since I started doing this on Thursday afternoon.
Completed on Sophia:
Conflict Resolution
Introduction to Business
Business Communication
Macro Economics
Micro Economics
Financial Accounting
Introduction to Ethics
US History 1
The remaining two I plan to take:
Business Ethics
Business Law 1
If I get credit for all of this, I would still need 14 BABA/Leadership classes, and 1 GEP.
I am also looking into portfolio review for two in which I think I have a good chance of getting credit for work experience (BUS 240 Change Management and BUS 260 Leadership), and if there is time, I might try to do one or two via Study.com later in the week.
If I did all of that, the best-case scenario would be that I still need 10 or 11 BABA courses, and the GEP. However, portfolio review and Study.com are both questionable in my mind whether I can do them in the time I have before classes start a week from today.
