Since he already has some college credits (CC, CLEP, DSST) he should pick a UMPI degree and get the process started so he can start as soon as possible. It is so common here that people wait to apply, thinking it is almost instant for approval and evaluation; it's not - it takes time. UMPI will most certainly be his best option these days.  I'd suggest he apply for the BABA M&L, as it is known as the business admin degree to get through quickest - wiki page here: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/UM...egree_Plan - can always choose another degree once the application process is completed. Thank you so much.   It's great seeing these responses.  It's been hard having him lose a great job after 10 years only to have the door slammed on jobs he's overqualified for because he doesn't have a degree.  You guys are really giving me a lot of hope today.    These replies mean so much.
