getting it evaluated with WES, and doing a second degree from TESU would only require 30 credit hours

that might be the cheapest?

Last time I checked, TESU have some kind of residency waiver fee and that makes it quite expensive for me.

Yes, TESU will cost you $5-6000. You either have to pay the residency waiver, or take 15 credits from them. The latter is slightly cheaper, IF you take those credits in a single 12 week term. However, if the SNHU India route isn't available, I think it's likely to be your cheapest option.

Thanks for the advice. I might just wait for a while until SNHU India make it available. I am now progressing the MBA so having math related courses are not urgent to me, but a next step in the plan.

Another way might be enter SNHU India with an available degree, and take the math courses as free electives. A lot of grad schools require math pre-requisite courses with grades on the transcript, instead of PASS/FAIL. That's why I would prefer taking math in SNHU over the cheaper Study.com, Sophia online learning platform route.

I am now pursuing The UK MBA route, and it cost $5000 - $6000 only, with master level MBA from a QS ranked school. TESU is too expensive for a bachelor, even with the credit transfers.

I am also looking towards SNHU India as it's cheaper. I know you are looking for major in math rather in CS but they are very adjacent for master/PhD purposes, as CS is technically an applied math, so to speak.

Thanks for the tip. Let us know if you have any progress in SNHU India in the future.
Finished: University of Derby - Computing & IT Bsc Hons

In progress: OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership

Planning: MBA Top-up
