Who should I email to for the payment

My son was not able to pay until his application was approved. 
There was no fee in his ROAR account until they approved the application for graduation.

I really hope it is so as I never received a reply from Nancy (April/May/June), luckly I was able to receive an application for graduation from other people.
And the next appeared in the middle of July in ROAR:
New Student Fee, Summer Semester 2024, $130.
At that moment my status have changed, Registered for Term: Yes (for Summer Semester 2024)

huiwh1998, check the next in ROAR:
1) Student - Student Records - Unofficial Academic Transcript - "BOG 1001" course should be there.
2) Student - Student Records - View Application To Graduate - there must be shown the sent application with full details.
3) Student - Student Account - Account Detail for Term - there should be some records, not just 0

If for 2/3 it is not so - you are not graduated during Summer 2024.
