If DEI is such a good thing, why are all the DEI hires pissed off if they are called DEI hires?

How do you determine who are the "DEI hires?"

I don't determine who are DEI hires.  A wild guess is whoever hires them isn't hiring white males.  You tell me who DEI hires are.
