Which degree has a more general 'hiring appeal' for IT;

A combo of 2 or more?
Also, the Pierpont BOG;
I am considering skipping this and just doing everything via UMPI. Am I going to kick myself later by not going this route for the GPA and the AAS [cost or time isn't a hard concern at the moment]?
