For ACE credits, the TEEX classes if accepted could also further reduce the cost.

There are also some asynchronous options out there for free or cheaper RA credits that can be used for the 9 outside RA credits required:

Clackamas Community College + Jacksonville State University - 4 free credits
Tohono O’odham Community College - $34.25/credit = ~ $205 total for 6 credits
