Enrollment and transfer evaluation process

Hi! Thank you for your reply! I have completed more than 90 credits from Sophia Learning and Study. However, during the application process, they asked for my college transcript. I sent them my resume, and they initially replied that if you don’t have college transcript resume is necessary.  But the next day, they said they couldn’t process my application without a college transcript. I’m really confused.

On your application did you list any colleges? They're looking for a transcript so it sounds like a college may have been included on the application. If not, someone made an error and you just need to tell them you have not completed any college courses.

I didn’t list any colleges on my application. Do I need to email Jessica?
