Possible Pierpont BOG Alternative? EWVCC

I can’t find a minimum year(s) out of high school requirement for Eastern WV. My stepdaughter isn’t happy with her local community college and would be interested in accelerating the process but she’s been out of high school only since May. Will have 40 RA credit hours by the end of the fall semester from community college, dual enrollment and good old ASU Universal Learner. I know the BOG is intended for adults - but 18 is an adult sooooo…. Possibility?
