• Their U.S. phone number is routed out of the country (likely India) through the notorious telecom scam carrier Peerless Networks which is rated F by the BBB for scam calls and was sent a cease and desist letter by the FTC.
  
• Their U.S. address is a virtual office not real.
  
• Their domain name is hidden behind a privacy wall.
  

Looks like the scammers are going to start popping up Diploma Mills to make money now.
