Yes, I'm not sure if it's always been this way, but it has been since at least 2.5 years ago when I graduated. That makes it technically possible to apply, enroll, complete all courses, and graduate within 30 days if timed exactly right. There is a restriction on overlapping terms, meaning they won't let you start another degree program until your current term ends, so if you were to finish your bachelor's degree after one month, you wouldn't be able to start your master's degree for another five months.
